Quoting software for Sage
Sage quoting and order entry,
with your reps in control.
ChannelFlex reads whatever RFQ or PO your customers send: a hose assembly described in one sentence, a photo of a worn tag, a 30-line bid list. It checks each line against your Sage catalog and flags anything missing a size or an angle. Your rep reviews the draft quote, and the approved quote becomes a sales order ready for Sage.

How it fits
From request to approved order for Sage
For a Sage team quoting hose assemblies, a missing size or fitting angle can hold up the quote. ChannelFlex flags those gaps for your rep.
A request comes in, however the customer sent it
A customer emails a hose assembly in one sentence, sends a photo of the tag on the old assembly, or attaches a bid list in a spreadsheet. Your rep forwards it to ChannelFlex, or a shared quotes mailbox sends it over on its own. Nobody retypes a line to get started.
Missing specs flagged for your rep
When a fitting could be several items, or a line is missing a size, ChannelFlex flags the line with a reason for your rep to review. For the rest it pulls the specs from the line and proposes a match from your Sage catalog with a confidence score. Your rep resolves the flags and approves the quote.
A sales order ready for Sage
The approved quote becomes a sales order ready for Sage, carrying the customer and the item numbers, quantities, and units your rep checked.

Questions
Questions about ChannelFlex and Sage.
No. Sage stays the system of record for items, customers, pricing, inventory, and sales orders. ChannelFlex prepares the quote from the incoming request and shows your rep which lines need a decision.
Start with your Sage item and customer records and a sales contact to review the draft quotes. We confirm the records your Sage product needs before setup.
We start by checking how your Sage records describe complete assemblies and their components, then compare those descriptions with a few recent requests. Then your reps put real requests through ChannelFlex and compare each draft quote with the request before approving.
Your rep, on every quote. The draft shows which lines ChannelFlex matched and which it flagged, with the reason beside each flag: the adapter that could be three items, the hose end with no angle stated. The rep resolves each flag, checks hose and fitting compatibility, adds any required crimp and test lines, and approves. Until then, nothing goes to the customer.
The quote becomes a sales order ready for Sage with the customer, the quantities and units, and your part number on every line. ChannelFlex keeps the quote and the rep's changes on the request, with the original email available when a line needs checking.
