Quoting software for NetSuite
NetSuite quoting and order entry,
with your reps in control.
Your inbox gets takeoffs, cut lists, and short RFQs written in competitor part numbers. ChannelFlex reads each one, checks the lines against your NetSuite items and the customer record, and flags the uncertain ones. Your rep reviews the draft quote, and once they approve it, the sales order is created in NetSuite.

How it fits
From request to approved order for NetSuite
A NetSuite desk often quotes for contractors and plant buyers at once, and the two write requests very differently.
The RFQ or PO lands in your inbox
A contractor sends a fixture schedule as a PDF. A plant buyer sends a spreadsheet of competitor part numbers. A counter rep snaps a photo of a handwritten list. Any of them can reach ChannelFlex by a forward, or through a shared mailbox.
Uncertain matches flagged for review
When a line could mean two items, or nothing in your catalog, ChannelFlex flags it for your rep to resolve. The other lines carry a proposed match to your NetSuite items and the customer record, with a confidence score. The rep works the flags and approves the draft.

The approved quote becomes a NetSuite sales order
Once the rep approves, the quote becomes a sales order in NetSuite with the customer, items, and quantities on it, and your team fulfills it like any other order. Nobody retypes a line.

Questions
Questions about ChannelFlex and NetSuite.
No. NetSuite keeps your items, customers, price levels, inventory, and sales orders. ChannelFlex prepares the quote from the incoming request before the order exists.
An API user with access to items, customers, and sales documents, plus the NetSuite account ChannelFlex should work in, and the subsidiary if you run more than one. Your NetSuite administrator confirms which account and subsidiary the user can access. Tell us about any items you'd rather keep out of matching.
The connection and a pass over your item list come first, so matching uses your item numbers, descriptions, and sales units. After that, your reps forward real RFQs and compare each draft's item matches, customer, and quantities with the request, until the desk is comfortable approving them.
Your rep, on every request. ChannelFlex shows each matched line with its confidence score, the lines it flagged, and the reason for each flag. The rep fixes what's wrong and approves. If the rep rejects the draft, ChannelFlex creates nothing in NetSuite.
When the rep approves, ChannelFlex turns the draft into a NetSuite sales order with the customer, items, and quantities carried over. From that point it's an ordinary NetSuite order. The original request, the rep's changes, and the NetSuite order number stay linked in ChannelFlex, so a question about an order has somewhere to start.
