Quoting software for BisTrack
BisTrack quoting and order entry,
with your reps in control.
Takeoffs, framing packages and builder material lists reach your inside sales desk in every format. ChannelFlex reads each one, checks the lines against your BisTrack items, and flags the doubtful ones. Your rep sorts those out and approves the quote, which becomes a sales order ready for BisTrack.

How it fits
From request to approved order for BisTrack
A takeoff mixes lumber sizes and lengths, sheet counts, and boxes of fasteners. ChannelFlex prepares the item matches and flags missing counts for your rep to check.
The request reaches your inside sales desk
A takeoff, a framing package, a material list from a builder, or a photo of a handwritten list from the counter. Forward it to ChannelFlex, or set up a shared quotes mailbox so the forwarding happens on its own. ChannelFlex reads each line as the contractor wrote it.
Lengths and counts, checked against your items
A line with no clear match, or a length but no count, is flagged with the reason. The other lines carry a proposed match to your BisTrack items and the customer's account, with a confidence score. Your rep fixes the flagged lines and approves the quote.
An order ready for BisTrack
The approved quote becomes a sales order ready for BisTrack, with the customer account and the item numbers and counts your rep approved from the takeoff.

Questions
Questions about ChannelFlex and BisTrack.
No. BisTrack stays the system of record for items, customers, price levels, yard inventory, and orders. ChannelFlex prepares the quote from the takeoff or material list before it becomes an order.
Your item and customer records from BisTrack, so ChannelFlex matches lines to your part numbers and accounts, and a note on any item groups to leave out. An inside sales lead then reviews the first approved quotes for item matches, counts, and units.
We start by checking your BisTrack item descriptions against a few recent takeoffs, since lumber gets described in more ways than most product lines. Then your reps run real takeoffs and material lists through ChannelFlex and compare each draft's items, counts, and units with the original before approving.
Your rep. ChannelFlex shows each line's match and flags the ones it isn't sure about: a line with no clear match, a takeoff line with a length but no count, an item with two likely matches. The rep corrects those lines and approves the quote. Nothing leaves ChannelFlex before that.
The quote becomes a sales order ready for BisTrack: one line per item on your BisTrack part number, with the customer account set and counts in the units you sell. The request, the draft, and the rep's corrections stay together in ChannelFlex, so a question about a line can be traced back to the takeoff it came from.
